حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَلَّالُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بِهَذَا .
‘With this chain as well,’ a similar hadith is narrated from Asma bint Umais (may Allah be pleased with her). © Benefit 1: It is understood that the effect of the evil eye is extremely harmful and painful, to the extent that if anything could occur or cause harm contrary to destiny, it would be the evil eye.
´Asma' bint 'Umaish said:` " I said: 'O Messenger of Allah (S.A.W)! Some of Ja'far's children have suffered from an accelerated case of the inflammation of the eye, so should I have them treated with Ruqyah?' He said: 'Yes,for indeed if there was anything that could overcome the Decree, then the evil eye would overcome it."
