Hadith Commentary:
Benefits and Issues:
➊ If a person spends wealth for the pleasure and approval of Allah, then his wealth and property are blessed in this world; more needs are fulfilled with less wealth, and he is protected from being afflicted by calamities and difficulties.
➋ In this way, his wealth is preserved, and any apparent decrease is compensated.
➌ Similarly, the reward he will receive for this on the Day of Resurrection will be immense—a single date will become as great as the mountain of Uhud.
➍ Likewise, a person who forgives others, his honor and respect increase among people, and people praise and commend him; and in the Hereafter, his honor will also be elevated.
➎ And whoever adopts humility and modesty for the sake of Allah’s pleasure, his value and status increase in the hearts of people, and on the Day of Resurrection, his ranks and stations will also be raised and elevated.
