Benefits and Issues:

When one becomes angry at someone weaker than oneself, it is very difficult to control that anger, but true bravery lies in forgiving at such a moment instead of venting one's anger.

For certain good deeds, Allah Ta'ala has designated special rewards.
It is commendable to strive for the attainment of these rewards.

The houris are a special creation of Allah Ta'ala, whom Allah Ta'ala has created for the inhabitants of Paradise.

Every inhabitant of Paradise will receive houris, but as a special reward for controlling one's anger and refraining from oppression, a particular reward will be given.
Such a person of Paradise will be granted the right to select houris of his own choice.

The blessings of Paradise and the punishments of Hell are not related only to the soul, but also to the body, because in this world, both the body and the soul participate in performing good or evil deeds. Therefore, in the Hereafter, reward and punishment will be both physical and spiritual.
