‘Dawud bin Abi Hind narrated this hadith from Shahr bin Hawshab from the Prophet (ﷺ), but in it he did not mention the intermediary of "Asma’ (may Allah be pleased with her)". © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan (good).
2- We know the hadith of Asma’ only through the narration of Ibn Khaytham.
3- In this chapter, there is also a narration from Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him).
´Asma bint Yazid narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:` "it is not lawful to lie except in three cases: Something the man tells his wife to please her, to lie during war, and to lie in order to bring peace between the people."
