باب مَا جَاءَ فِي الشِّعَارِChapter: ….
Hadith 1682
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنْ الْمُهَلَّبِ بْنِ أَبِي صُفْرَةَ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " إِنْ بَيَّتَكُمُ الْعَدُوُّ فَقُولُوا : " حم " لَا يُنْصَرُونَ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ ، وَهَكَذَا رَوَى بَعْضُهُمْ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، مِثْلَ رِوَايَةِ الثَّوْرِيِّ ، وَرُوِيَ عَنْهُ ، عَنْ الْمُهَلَّبِ بْنِ أَبِي صُفْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُرْسَلًا .
‘Mahlab bin Abi Safrah narrates from those people who heard from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), he was saying: “If the enemy attacks you at night, then say «حم لا ينصرون».” 1. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- Some people have narrated from Abu Ishaq Sabi’i in the same way as Sufyan Thawri’s narration, and from Abu Ishaq this hadith has also come through a mursal chain via «عن المهلب بن أبي صفرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم».
2- In this chapter, there is also a narration from Salamah bin Al-Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him).
