حَدَّثَنَا
قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا
اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ
ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ
سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " ثَلَاثَةٌ حَقٌّ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَوْنُهُمْ : الْمُجَاهِدُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ، وَالْمُكَاتَبُ الَّذِي يُرِيدُ الْأَدَاءَ ، وَالنَّاكِحُ الَّذِي يُرِيدُ الْعَفَافَ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ .
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are three persons whose help from Allah is assured: one who strives in the path of Allah, the second is a slave who has entered into a contract for his freedom and intends to pay it off, and the third is one who marries seeking chastity." © Imam Tirmidhi says:
This hadith is Hasan.
