Narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Three persons were presented to me who will enter Paradise first: a martyr, the one who keeps away from the unlawful and avoids inappropriate matters, and the slave who worships Allah well and wishes good for his masters or fulfills their rights." © Imam Tirmidhi says: This hadith is Hasan.

Commentary:
Note:
(In the chain, ‘Amir al-‘Uqayli is majhool (unknown), while his father, ‘Uqbah al-‘Uqayli, is a maqbool (acceptable) narrator, that is, in the case of corroboration (mutaba‘at). However, here there is no corroborating narrator. Furthermore, Yahya ibn Abi Kathir is a mudallis (one who practices tadlis) and a narrator who transmits mursal (disconnected) narrations, and here his narration is with ‘an‘anah (using the term “from” without direct affirmation of hearing). Of the two books that ‘Ali ibn al-Mubarak al-Hana’i had from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, he had direct hearing (sama‘) of one, while the narration of the other is mursal. And when the Kufan narrators transmit from ‘Ali ibn al-Mubarak, there is some weakness among them. Here, the student of ‘Ali ibn al-Mubarak is ‘Uthman ibn ‘Umar al-Basri, who is the narrator.)
