Narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Martyrdom in the way of Allah becomes an expiation for every sin (for the martyr)," Jibreel (peace be upon him) said: "Except for debt," and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also said: "Except for debt." 1. Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is ghareeb (strange/rare),
2- We know this hadith from the narration of Abu Bakr only through this sheikh (i.e., Yahya bin Talhah), I asked Muhammad bin Isma'il Bukhari about this hadith and he expressed ignorance and said: I think Yahya bin Talhah wanted to narrate the hadith of Humaid which he narrated from Anas, and Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "There is no one among the people of Paradise who would wish to return to the world except the martyr,"
3- In this chapter, there are also ahadith from Ka'b bin Ujrah, Jabir, Abu Hurairah, and Abu Qatadah.

Explanation:
1:
Because this is among the rights of the servants (huquq al-‘ibad).
Note:
(This hadith is also authentic due to being strengthened by the hadith of Abdullah ibn ‘Amr radi Allahu anhuma (as found in Muslim), otherwise there is criticism regarding its chain of narration, which the author has explicitly mentioned.)
