Harith bin Malik bin Barasa (may Allah be pleased with him) says that on the day of the conquest of Makkah, I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "After today, until the Day of Resurrection, there will be no jihad (fighting) against the disbelievers in Makkah." __QUR_N__
Imam Tirmidhi says: 1- This hadith is hasan sahih, that is, the narration of Zakariya bin Abi Zaida which has come through Sha'bi, 2- We know this hadith only from his narration, 3- In this chapter, hadiths have also come from Ibn Abbas, Sulaiman bin Surad, and Muti' (may Allah be pleased with them).

Sufyan says: What is meant by this is that it will not happen on the basis of disbelief.

Benefit: This hadith proves that the Noble Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) was granted permission to fight in Makkah for a short period of time, after which it was prohibited until the Day of Resurrection.
