‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the King of Persia, Kisra, sent a gift to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he accepted it. (Similarly,) other kings also sent gifts to him, and he accepted their gifts. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Gharib,
2- The narrator Thuwair is the son of Abu Fakhita; Abu Fakhita’s name is Sa‘id bin ‘Ilaqah, and Thuwair’s kunyah is Abu Juham,
3- There is also a narration from Jabir in this chapter.
