باب فِي كَرَاهِيَةِ بَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَChapter: ….
Hadith 1563
حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، عَنْ جَهْضَمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ شِرَاءِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ " ، وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ .
Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the buying and selling of war booty before its distribution. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is gharib (rare),
