حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى , حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ , عَنْ سَعِيدٍ , عَنْ قَتَادَةَ , عَنْ الْحَسَنِ , عَنْ سَمُرَةَ , أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا , أَوْ مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا " . قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب , عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ , وَجَابِرٍ , وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , وَعَائِشَةَ , وَابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ , وَمُعَاوِيَةَ .
´Samurah narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` "The lifelong gift is permitted for its inhabitant" or:"is an inheritance for its inhabitant."
