´Anas bin Malik narrated that Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` "If trotter (lacking meat) were given to me I would accept it, and if I was invited to (a meal of) it I would accept."

This hadith encourages that the invitation of a poor person and even a modest gift should be accepted,
and should not be rejected by considering it insignificant or inferior.
From this, we also learn about the humility and simplicity of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam—how simple and humble he was.
He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam did not like any formality or special arrangement for himself.
