حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّازِيُّ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ سَمْحَ الْبَيْعِ ، سَمْحَ الشِّرَاءِ ، سَمْحَ الْقَضَاءِ " . قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ ، وَقَدْ رَوَى بَعْضُهُمْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ .
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty loves gentleness and ease in selling, buying, and demanding repayment of debts." © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is ghareeb (strange),
2- Some people have narrated this hadith with the chain «عن يونس عن سعيد المقبري عن أبي هريرة»,
3- There is also a narration from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) in this chapter.

(Based on corroborating narrations and supporting evidence, this hadith is sahih li-ghayrihi (authentic due to external factors). Otherwise, Hasan al-Basri did not hear (this hadith) directly from Abu Hurairah radi Allahu anhu; he has narrated it from him with tadlis (concealment of the intermediary). See al-Sahihah: 8909.)
