'Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them) reports that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was asked about hanging fruit, so he said: "Whoever is in need may take from it (according to his need), and if he does not gather it in his garment, then there is no blame upon him." __REF_N__ Imam Tirmidhi says: This hadith is Hasan.
