Benefits and Issues:

The exchange of one animal for another animal is permissible.

The exchange of one animal for another animal should be conducted with immediate payment from both sides.

In exchanging one animal for another, equality is not necessary; rather, two animals of a lesser breed may be given in exchange for one animal of a superior breed, or two goats of an inferior breed may be taken in exchange for one goat of a good breed.
