'Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the sale of the unborn offspring of a pregnant animal 1. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- The hadith of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) is Hasan Sahih,
2- Shu’bah narrated this hadith through the route: «عن أيوب عن سعيد بن جبير عن ابن عباس». And Abdul Wahhab Thaqafi and others narrated it through the route: «عن أيوب عن سعيد بن جبير ونافع عن ابن عمر عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم». And this is more authentic,
3- The people of knowledge act upon this,
4- In this chapter, ahadith have also been reported from Abdullah bin Abbas and Abu Sa’id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with them all).
5- (The unborn offspring of a pregnant animal) refers to the unborn offspring of a she-camel. According to the people of knowledge, this sale is abrogated and is one of the deceptive sales.
Explanation & Benefits

Explanation:
1:
The case of selling the fetus of a fetus is as follows: someone says, "I sell to you, for such and such amount, the offspring that will be born from the female offspring which is currently in the womb of this pregnant she-camel, after it is born."
Such a sale is not permissible because it is the sale of something nonexistent and unknown.
