1؎: The case of selling the fetus of a fetus is as follows: if someone says, "I sell to you, for such and such amount, the offspring that will be born from the womb of this pregnant she-camel, after the birth of the fetus currently in her womb," then this sale will not be permissible, because it is the sale of something nonexistent (ma'dum) and unknown (majhul).
