Brief Explanation
1؎: «مصّتہ» and «رضعۃ» are both of the same meaning; when a child takes the mother’s breast in his mouth and suckles, then, without any hindrance, leaves the breast of his own will and pleasure, this is called «مصّتہ» and «رضعۃ».
2؎: Then this verse regarding five sucklings was abrogated in recitation, but its ruling remained (Aisha radi Allahu anha was not aware of its abrogation). The meaning of the hadith “Fosterage is not established by one or two sucklings” is precisely this: that it is established by five sucklings, or at the very least by three sucklings—there is a difference of opinion among the scholars on this matter, «واللہ اعلم بالصواب» (the precaution is to act upon three sucklings).
Explanation & Benefits

Explanation:
1: "Massah" (مصّتہ) and "rad'ah" (رضعۃ) both have the same meaning. When a child takes the mother's breast into his mouth and suckles, then, without any external hindrance, releases the breast of his own will and pleasure, this is called a "massah" and a "rad'ah".
2: Then, the verse regarding five sucklings was abrogated in its recitation, but its ruling remained (Aisha radi Allahu anha was not aware of its abrogation). The meaning of the hadith, "Breastfeeding is not established by one or two sucklings," is precisely this: that it is established by five sucklings, or at the very least by three sucklings—there is a difference of opinion among the scholars on this matter. And Allah knows best what is correct. (As a precaution, one should act upon three sucklings.)
