Hadith 3985
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، فِي رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَسَرَهُ الْعَدُوُّ، أَوْ مُعَاهَدٍ، فَاشْتَرَاهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ تُجَّارِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ قَالَ: «يُسْعَى لَهُ فِيمَا اشْتَرَاهُ بِهِ»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a Muslim or a treaty-bound person is captured by the enemy, and a Muslim trader buys him, then he should be freed by paying the price."
Hadith 3986
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، فِي رَجُلٍ أَسَرَهُ الْعَدُوُّ، فَاشْتَرَاهُ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ قَالَ: يُسْعَى لَهُ فِيمَا اشْتَرَاهُ بِهِ
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If an enemy has captured a Muslim, and a Muslim buys him, then the price should be paid for his freedom."
Hadith 3987
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ سَوَّارٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: «إِذَا دَخَلَ الرَّجُلُ أَرْضَ الْحَرْبِ، فَاشْتَرَى أَسِيرًا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ» قَالَ: «يَبِيعُهُ بِالثَّمَنِ»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When a person goes to the land of war and buys a Muslim prisoner, then he can sell him for the price."
