بَابُ مَنْ جُرِحَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ

Hadith 3748
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يُكْلَمُ أَحَدٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ يُكْلَمُ فِي سَبِيلِهِ إِلَّا جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَجُرْحُهُ يَثْعَبُ دَمًا، الدَّمُ لَوْنُ دَمٍ، وَالرِّيحُ رِيحُ مِسْكٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever is wounded in the way of Allah—and Allah knows best who is wounded in His way—he will come on the Day of Resurrection with his wound bleeding; the color of the blood will be like blood, but its fragrance will be like the fragrance of musk."
Hadith 3749
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يُكْلَمُ أَحَدٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ يُكْلَمُ فِي سَبِيلِهِ إِلَّا جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، اللَّوْنُ لَوْنُ دَمٍ، وَالرِّيحُ رِيحُ مِسْكٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is wounded in the way of Allah, and Allah knows best who is wounded in His way, he will come on the Day of Resurrection with his wound having the color of blood but the fragrance of musk."
Hadith 3750
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ: أنا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ السَّائِبِ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ مَالِكًا أَبَا أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ لَمَّا جُرِحَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ مَصَّ جُرْحَهُ حَتَّى أَنْقَاهُ وَلَاحَ أَبْيَضَ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: مُجَّهُ، فَقَالَ: لَا وَاللَّهِ لَا أَمُجُّهُ أَبَدًا، ثُمَّ أَدْبَرَ يُقَاتِلُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ، فَلْيَنْظُرْ إِلَى هَذَا» فَاسْتُشْهِدَ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Umar bin Sa’ib, may Allah have mercy on him, that he received the news that when the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was wounded on the day of Uhud, Malik, the father of Sayyiduna Abu Sa’id Khudri, may Allah be pleased with him, kept sucking his wound until the blood was cleared and the whiteness appeared. The people said: “Spit it out.” But he said: “No, by Allah! I will never spit it out.” Then he returned to fight. So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Whoever wants to see a man of Paradise, let him look at him.” Thus, he was martyred.
