Hadith 3291
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَأنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَالشَّيْبَانِيُّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا فِي الرَّجُلِ إِذَا لَمْ يَجِدِ امْرَأَتَهُ عَذْرَاءَ، قَالُوا: «لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ، الْعُذْرَةُ تَذْهَبُ مِنْ غَيْرِ رِيبَةٍ، تُذْهِبُهَا الْوَثْبَةُ، وَكَثْرَةُ الْحَيْضِ، وَالتَّعْنِيسُ، وَالْحِمْلُ الثَّقِيلُ»
Hasan al-Basri, Ibrahim, and Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on them) said: "If a man does not find virginity in his wife, then nothing is required of him, because virginity can be lost due to jumping, excessive menstruation, remaining unmarried for a long time, or due to pregnancy."
Hadith 3292
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي رَجُلٍ دَخَلَ بِامْرَأَتِهِ فَقَالَ: لَمْ أَجِدْهَا عَذْرَاءَ، قَالَ ": لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ، الْعُذْرَةُ تُذْهِبُهَا الْوَثْبَةُ، وَالْحِمْلُ الثَّقِيلُ "
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man does not find virginity in his wife, then nothing is required, because virginity can be lost due to jumping or carrying a heavy load."
Hadith 3293
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبَانَ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: الرَّجُلُ يَقُولُ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: لَمْ أَجِدْكَ عَذْرَاءَ؟ قَالَ: «لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ إِنَّ الْعُذْرَةَ تُذْهِبُهَا الْوَثْبَةُ وَالْحَيْضَةُ»
Salim bin Abdullah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man says, 'I did not find you a virgin,' then nothing is required, because virginity can be lost due to jumping and menstruation."
Hadith 3294
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
Sayyiduna Ibn Tawus’s (may Allah have mercy on him) father said: “Virginity can be ended by menstruation.”
Hadith 3295
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ (1)، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَلَمْ يَجِدْهَا عَذْرَاءَ، كَانَتِ الْحَيْضَةُ أَحْرَقَتْ عُذْرَتَهَا، فَأَرْسَلَتْ إِلَيْهِ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، « أَنَّ الْحَيْضَةَ تُذْهِبُ الْعُذْرَةَ يَقِينًا » .
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "Menstruation certainly ends virginity."
