Hadith 3284
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا دَاوُدُ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَدَّ ابْنَتَهُ زَيْنَبَ عَلَى أَبِي الْعَاصِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ حَيْثُ أَسْلَمَ بَعْدَ إِسْلَامِ زَيْنَبَ، فَرَدَّهَا عَلَيْهِ بِالنِّكَاحِ الْأَوَّلِ
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) returned Zainab (may Allah be pleased with her) to Abu Al-As bin Rabi’ on the basis of the first marriage after he accepted Islam.
Hadith 3285
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ أَنَّ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ، صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ تَحْتَ أَبِي الْعَاصِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ فَأَسْلَمَتْ قَبْلَهُ وَأُسِرَ، فَجِيءَ بِهِ أَسِيرًا فِي قَيْدٍ فَأَسْلَمَ «فَكَانَا عَلَى نِكَاحِهِمَا»
Sayyiduna Amr bin Dinar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Zainab (may Allah be pleased with her) accepted Islam, and Abu al-As was captured and then embraced Islam, so their marriage remained intact."
Hadith 3286
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، نا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَدَّ زَيْنَبَ ابْنَتَهُ عَلَى أَبِي الْعَاصِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ بِنِكَاحٍ أَحْدَثَهُ»
Sayyiduna Amr bin Shu'aib (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated from his father, and he from his grandfather: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) returned Zaynab (may Allah be pleased with her) to Abu al-As ibn al-Rabi' with a new marriage contract."
Hadith 3287
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، نا أَشْعَثُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُبَيْرَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، قَالَ: «لَمَّا انْصَرَفَ السَّبْعُونَ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ مِنَ الْعَقَبَةِ، وَقَدْ أَسْلَمُوا، فَلَمَّا قَدِمُوا الْمَدِينَةَ دَعَوْا نِسَاءَهُمْ إِلَى الْإِسْلَامِ، فَأَجَابُوهُمْ وَأَسْلَمْنَ، فَكَانُوا عَلَى نِكَاحِهِمُ الْأَوَّلِ»
Abu Hubaira Ansari (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When seventy Ansar from Aqabah returned to Madinah as Muslims, they invited their women to Islam, so they accepted faith and the previous marriages remained intact."
