Hadith 3219
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عَائِشَةَ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ مُرَّةَ الْهَمْدَانِيَّ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَطَأُ أَمَتَهُ وَهِيَ مَجُوسِيَّةٌ، وَسَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ فَكَانَ أَشَدَّهُمَا قَوْلًا، وَقَالَ: «إِنْ فَعَلُوا فَمَا هُمْ بِخَيْرٍ مِنْهُنَّ»
Musa bin Abu Aisha (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "I asked Murrah al-Hamdani about a man who has intercourse with his Magian slave woman, and I also asked Sayyiduna Sa'id bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him), and both of them were among those who gave a harsh response." Sayyiduna Sa'id bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If they do such a thing, then they are no better than those slave women."
Hadith 3220
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عَائِشَةَ، عَنْ مُرَّةَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ، وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، مِثْلَهُ
This same statement is narrated from Hazrat Marrah Hamdani and Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair, may Allah have mercy on them, that if someone has intercourse with his Magian slave woman, then he is just like them; no virtue remains.
Hadith 3221
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «إِذَا سُبِيَتِ الْيَهُودِيَّاتُ وَالنَّصْرَانِيَّاتُ يُجْبَرْنَ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ، فَإِذَا أَسْلَمْنَ وُطِئْنَ وَاسْتُخْدِمْنَ، وَإِنْ أَبَيْنَ وُطِئْنَ وَاسْتُخْدِمْنَ، وَإِذَا سُبِيَتِ الْمَجُوسِيَّاتُ وَعَبْدَةُ الْأَوْثَانِ أُجْبِرْنَ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ، فَإِنْ أَسْلَمْنَ وُطِئْنَ وَاسْتُخْدِمْنَ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يُسْلِمْنَ اسْتُخْدِمْنَ وَلَمْ يُوطَأْنَ»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When Jewish and Christian women are taken captive, they should be required to accept Islam. If they accept Islam, then intercourse and service may be taken from them; if they refuse, then only service may be taken, but not intercourse. And when Magian and idol-worshipping women are taken captive, Islam should also be required of them; if they accept Islam, then both intercourse and service may be taken from them, and if they do not accept Islam, then only service may be taken, not intercourse."
Hadith 3222
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ وَطِئَ جَارِيَةً لَهُ بَعْدَ مَا أَنْكَرَ وَلَدَهَا "
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) had intercourse with one of his slave women after previously having denied paternity of his child.
