Hadith 3215
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا أَبُو حُرَّةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَفْجُرُ بِالْأَمَةِ، ثُمَّ يَشْتَرِيهَا قَالَ: «كَانَ يُكْرَهُ أَنْ يَقْرَبَهَا»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever commits fornication with a slave woman and then buys her, it was considered disliked to have relations with her."
Hadith 3216
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنبأ مَنْصُورٌ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ، أَنَّ مَسْعُودًا، كَانَ يَكْرَهُ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَطَأَ أَمَتَهُ إِذَا فَجَرَتْ، أَوْ يَطَأَهَا وَهِيَ مُشَرَّكَةٌ "
Hazrat Masood, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "If a man commits adultery with his slave-girl or has intercourse with a jointly-owned slave-girl, then this was considered disliked."
Hadith 3217
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: دَخَلُوا عَلَيْهِ أَوَّلَ النَّهَارِ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، ثُمَّ دَخَلُوا عَلَيْهِ فِي آخِرِهِ وَهُوَ مُفْطِرٌ، فَسَأَلُوهُ فَقَالَ: «مَرَّتْ بِي جَارِيَةٌ فَأَعْجَبَتْنِي، وَأَزِيدُكُمْ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ بَغِيًّا فَحَصَّنْتُهَا»
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "I was fasting during the day, but in the evening I became attracted to a slave woman who was immoral, so I married her and thus protected her."
Hadith 3218
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ: دَخَلْنَا عَلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي صَدْرِ النَّهَارِ فَوَجَدْنَاهُ صَائِمًا ثُمَّ رُحْنَا إِلَيْهِ مِنَ الْعَشِيِّ فَوَجَدْنَاهُ مُفْطِرًا، فَقُلْنَا لَهُ: أَلَمْ تَكُ صَائِمًا؟ قَالَ: بَلَى، وَلَكِنَّ جَارِيَةً لِي أَتَتْ عَلَيَّ فَأَعْجَبَتْنِي، فَأَصَبْتُ مِنْهَا، وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ تَطَوُّعٌ وَسَأَقْضِي يَوْمًا مَكَانَهُ، وَأَزِيدُكُمْ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ بَغِيًّا فَحَصَّنْتُهَا، وَإِنَّهُ قَدْ عَزَلَ عَنْهَا " قَالَ سَعِيدٌ: فَعَلِمْنَا أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْيَاءَ فِي حَدِيثٍ وَاحِدٍ
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "We went to Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) in the early part of the day and he was fasting. Then we went in the evening and he had broken his fast. We asked: Were you not fasting? He replied: Why not, but one of my slave girls came, I liked her, so I had intercourse with her, and it was a voluntary fast, which I will make up. And shall I tell you more? She was previously an immoral woman, so I married her and purified her, and at the time of intercourse I also practiced coitus interruptus (azl) with her." Sayyiduna Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "We learned four rulings from this one hadith."
