Hadith 3024
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، فِي امْرَأَةٍ ظَاهَرَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا قَالَ: «لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ، إِنَّمَا الظِّهَارُ لِلرِّجَالِ»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a woman pronounces zihar upon her husband, it is nothing; zihar is only for men."
Hadith 3025
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتَ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَتْ: إِنْ تَزَوَّجَتْ مُصْعَبَ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ فَهُوَ عَلَيْهَا كَظَهْرِ أَبِيهَا «فَتَزَوَّجَتْهُ فَسَأَلَتْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَأُمِرَتْ أَنْ تُكَفِّرَ، فَأَعْتَقَتْ غُلَامًا لَهَا ثَمَنُ أَلْفَيْنِ»
Sayyida Aisha bint Talha said: "If I marry Mus'ab bin Zubair, he will be like a father to me." Then she married him, sought a fatwa, was ordered to give expiation, so she freed a slave worth two thousand dirhams.
Hadith 3026
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا حُصَيْنٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) also narrated in the same manner.
Hadith 3027
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مُغِيرَةُ، قَالَ: كَانَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا قَالَتْ بَعْدَ مَا تَزَوَّجُ الرَّجُلُ فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a woman says this after marriage, then it is nothing."
Hadith 3028
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: جَلَسَ إِلَيْنَا رَجُلٌ فَانْتَسَبْنَاهُ فَقَالَ: «أَنَا الَّذِي أَعْتَقَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ بِنْتُ طَلْحَةَ فِيمَا كَانَ قَوْلُهَا لِمُصْعَبِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ»
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "A person sat with us who introduced himself by saying: I am the one whom Sayyida Aisha bint Talha set free, because of the words she had said to Mus'ab bin Zubair."
Hadith 3029
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: «إِذَا ظَاهَرَ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ مِنْ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ فَهُوَ ظِهَارٌ»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If someone performs zihar with any of his mahram relatives, then this is (considered) zihar."
