بَابُ مَنْ كَانَ لَا يَرَى طَلَاقَ الشِّرْكِ شَيْئًا

Hadith 2967
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، «أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى طَلَاقَ الشِّرْكِ شَيْئًا»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "They did not consider a divorce given in shirk to have any validity."
Hadith 2968
حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّهُ «كَانَ يَرَاهُ جَائِزًا»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "They used to consider divorce given in shirk as valid."
Hadith 2969
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ. . . الشَّعْبِيُّ أَنَّهُ «كَانَ يَرَاهُ جَائِزًا»
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "They used to consider divorce given in shirk as valid."
Hadith 2970
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ كَانَ عَلَى غَيْرِ الْإِسْلَامِ فَتَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَابْنَتَهَا، فَدَخَلَ بِوَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُمَا، ثُمَّ أَسْلَمُوا فَقَدْ حُرِّمَتَا عَلَيْهِ»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever, in a state of disbelief, marries a woman and her daughter, and has intercourse with either of them, then embraces Islam, both become forbidden to him."
