Hadith 2059
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: «إِذَا مَلَكَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا شَيْئًا حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْهِ، فَإِنْ أَعْتَقَتْهُ سَاعَةَ تَمْلِكُهُ فَهُمَا عَلَى نِكَاحِهِمَا»
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When a woman buys any part of her husband, she becomes forbidden to him, but if she frees him immediately after buying, then both will remain upon their marriage."
Hadith 2060
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا مَلَكَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ شَيْئًا مِنْ زَوْجِهَا فَقَدْ حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْهِ وَهِيَ مُطَلَّقَةٌ بَائِنَةٌ، فَإِنْ أَعْتَقَتْهُ فَكَذَلِكَ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When a woman buys a part of her husband, she becomes forbidden to him and she becomes a completely divorced woman (mutaallaqah bainah), and if she frees him, the same ruling will apply."
Hadith 2061
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَعَطَاءٍ، قَالَا: «حَرُمَتْ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ مِنْ شَأْنِهِ فَلْيَخْطُبْهَا»
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "She will become unlawful for him, then if she (the woman) is eligible for his marriage, he may marry her again."
