Hadith 1990
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَقَدْ فَجَرَتْ، قَالَ: «إِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَحْيِ لِوَلَدِهِ أَنْ يُعَيَّرَ بِذَلِكَ فَلْيَتَزَوَّجْهَا إِنْ شَاءَ» .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever marries an immoral woman, if he does not fear disgrace for his child, then he may marry."
Hadith 1991
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) also said the same.
Hadith 1992
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا الْعَوَّامُ بْنُ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «لَا تَحِلُّ مُسَافِحَةٌ وَلَا ذَاتُ خِدْنٍ لِمُسْلِمٍ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "It is not permissible for a Muslim to marry a woman who is a fornicator or who keeps a secret lover."
Hadith 1993
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مَنْصُورٌ، وَيُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «يُفَارِقُهَا إِذَا فَعَلَتْ ذَلِكَ وَهِيَ عِنْدَهُ وَلَا يُمْسِكُهَا»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a woman does such a thing while living with her husband, then he should leave her, and not keep her with him."
Hadith 1994
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ: «لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا وَجَدَ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ عَشَرَةً لَمْ تَحْرُمْ عَلَيْهِ»
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man sees even ten men with his wife, still the wife will not become forbidden for him."
