Hadith 1858
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ «أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بِتَزْوِيجِ النَّهَارِيَّاتِ بَأْسًا، وَكَانَ ابْنُ سِيرِينَ يَكْرَهُ ذَلِكَ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "There is no harm in daytime marriages (nikah during the day)." And Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) disliked it.
Hadith 1859
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَيَجْعَلُ لَهَا مِنَ الشَّهْرِ أَيَّامًا مَعْلُومَةً «فَلَمْ يَرَ بِهِ بَأْسًا وَكَانَ ابْنُ سِيرِينَ يَكْرَهُ ذَلِكَ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man marries a woman and sets certain days of the month (for her), there is no harm in it." And Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) considered it disliked.
Hadith 1860
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَعَطَاءٍ «أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا لَا يَرَيَانِ بِتَزْوِيجِ النَّهَارِيَّاتِ بَأْسًا»
Hasan al-Basri and 'Ata (may Allah have mercy on them) said: "There is no harm in marriages during the day."
Hadith 1861
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ: أنا مُطَرِّفٌ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، وَحَمَّادٍ «أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا يَكْرَهَانِ ذَلِكَ»
Hazrat Hakam bin Utaybah and Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on them) disliked marriages conducted during the daytime.
Hadith 1862
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، وَحَمَّادٍ قَالَا: «هَذَا شَرْطٌ فَاسِدٌ»
Hazrat Hakam bin Utaybah and Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on them) said: "This condition is invalid."
