الْآيَةُ (68) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {لَوْلا كِتَابٌ مِنَ اللهِ سَبَقَ لَمَسَّكُمْ فِيمَا أَخَذْتُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ}
Verse (68) His saying, Exalted is He: {If not for a decree from Allah that preceded, you would have been touched for what you took by a great punishment}

Hadith 1002
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: { لَوْلا كِتَابٌ مِنَ اللهِ سَبَقَ } أَنِّي أَحْلَلْتُ لَكُمُ الْغَنَائِمَ فِي عِلْمِي لَمَسَّكُمْ فِيمَا أَخَذْتُمْ) مِنَ الْأُسَارَى (عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ) يَعْنِي يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ .
Saeed bin Abi Saeed, may Allah have mercy on him, said: “﴿Lau laa kitaabum minallaahi sabaq﴾ means: If it had not already been decided in My knowledge by Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, that I would make war booty lawful for you, then for what you took from the captives on the Day of Badr, a great punishment would have befallen you.”
