الْآيَةُ (32) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَإِذْ قَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ هَذَا هُوَ الْحَقَّ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ فَأَمْطِرْ عَلَيْنَا حِجَارَةً مِنَ السَّمَاءِ} الْآيَةَ
Verse (32) His saying, Exalted is He: {And [remember] when they said, "O Allah, if this should be the truth from You, then rain down upon us stones from the sky"} the verse

Hadith 990
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: { إِنْ كَانَ هَذَا هُوَ الْحَقَّ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ فَأَمْطِرْ عَلَيْنَا حِجَارَةً مِنَ السَّمَاءِ } - قَالَ: نَزَلَتْ فِي النَّضْرِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ .
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Allah the Exalted’s statement: “If this is indeed the truth from You, then rain down upon us stones from the sky” was revealed regarding Nadr bin Harith.
