قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَإِنْ حَكَمْتَ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْقِسْطِ إِنَّ اللهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ} .
His (Allah's) saying: {And if you judge, judge between them with justice. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly}

Hadith 747
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: نَا الْعَوَّامُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: { فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْقِسْطِ } قَالَ: بِالرَّجْمِ .
Ibrahim Taimi, may Allah have mercy on him, said in the explanation of Allah the Exalted's statement: ﴿فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْقِسْطِ﴾ ("So judge between them with justice"): What is meant by this is rajm, that is, stoning.
