قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَلا وَرَبِّكَ لا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا} .

His (Allah's) saying: {But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission}

Hadith 660
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ مِنْ وَلَدِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: خَاصَمَ رَجُلٌ الزُّبَيْرَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَضَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلزُّبَيْرِ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا قَضَى لَهُ ; لِأَنَّهُ ابْنُ عَمَّتِهِ، فَنَزَلَتْ { فَلا وَرَبِّكَ لا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا } .
Salamah, from among the children of Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), narrated: A man brought a case against Sayyiduna Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) before the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave a verdict in favor of Zubair. Upon this, the man said: "You have judged in his favor because he is your cousin." Then this verse was revealed: __QUR_N__ "But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission." __QUR_N__
