قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَاللاتِي يَأْتِينَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمْ فَاسْتَشْهِدُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ أَرْبَعَةً مِنْكُمْ فَإِنْ شَهِدُوا فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ فِي الْبُيُوتِ حَتَّى يَتَوَفَّاهُنَّ الْمَوْتُ أَوْ يَجْعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلا}
His (Allah's) saying: {And those among your women who commit lewdness, call to witness four among you against them; then if they testify, confine them to the houses until death takes them or Allah ordains for them [another] way}

Hadith 594
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: نَا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: نَا حِطَّانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: خُذُوا عَنِّي، فَقَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا، الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ، وَتَغْرِيبُ عَامٍ، وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ ثُمَّ الرَّجْمُ .
Sayyiduna Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Learn from me, indeed Allah has set a way for those adulterous women. In the case of fornication between an unmarried man and an unmarried woman, the punishment is one hundred lashes and exile for one year. And in the case of adultery between a married man and a married woman, the punishment is one hundred lashes, then stoning."
Hadith 595
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ قَالَ: الْبِكْرَانِ إِذَا زَنَيَا يُجْلَدَانِ وَيُنْفَيَانِ، وَالثَّيِّبَانِ يُرْجَمَانِ، وَالشَّيْخَانِ يُجْلَدَانِ وَيُرْجَمَانِ .
Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If unmarried persons commit adultery, they will be flogged and exiled; if married persons commit adultery, they will be stoned to death; and if old men commit adultery, they will be flogged as well as stoned to death."
