قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَالَ الْيَتَامَى ظُلْمًا إِنَّمَا يَأْكُلُونَ فِي بُطُونِهِمْ نَارًا وَسَيَصْلَوْنَ سَعِيرًا} .
His (Allah's) saying: {Indeed, those who devour the property of orphans unjustly are only consuming fire into their bellies and they will be burned in a Blaze}

Hadith 586
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: نَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ: لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ: { إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَالَ الْيَتَامَى ظُلْمًا إِنَّمَا يَأْكُلُونَ فِي بُطُونِهِمْ نَارًا وَسَيَصْلَوْنَ سَعِيرًا } اعْتَزَلَ النَّاسُ أَيْتَامَهُمْ، وَكَانُوا لَا يُخَالِطُونَهُمْ، فَشَكَوْا ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَنَزَلَتْ: { وَإِنْ تُخَالِطُوهُمْ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ وَاللهُ يَعْلَمُ الْمُفْسِدَ مِنَ الْمُصْلِحِ } فَعَادُوا فَخَالَطُوهُمْ .
Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When this verse was revealed: ﴿Indeed, those who devour the property of orphans unjustly are only consuming fire into their bellies, and they will be burned in a Blaze﴾, people withdrew from their orphans and did not associate with them. So they complained about this matter to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), then this verse was revealed: ﴿And if you mix with them, they are your brothers. And Allah knows the corrupter from the reformer﴾, so they mingled with them again.
