قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنْفِقُوا مِنْ طَيِّبَاتِ مَا كَسَبْتُمْ وَمِمَّا أَخْرَجْنَا لَكُمْ مِنَ الأَرْضِ وَلا تَيَمَّمُوا الْخَبِيثَ مِنْهُ تُنْفِقُونَ}
His saying, Exalted is He: {O you who have believed, spend from the good things which you have earned and from that which We have produced for you from the earth. And do not aim toward the defective therefrom, spending [from that] while you would not take it [yourself] except with closed eyes.}

Hadith 445
َّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ الْحَكَمَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ - فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: { أَنْفِقُوا مِنْ طَيِّبَاتِ مَا كَسَبْتُمْ } - قَالَ: مِنَ التِّجَارَةِ: { وَمِمَّا أَخْرَجْنَا لَكُمْ مِنَ الأَرْضِ } قَالَ: مِنَ الثِّمَارِ .
It is narrated from Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding the statement of Allah, the Exalted: "Spend from the good things which you have earned" that he said: This refers to the earnings from trade. And regarding "and from what We have produced for you from the earth," he said: This refers to fruits and produce.
Hadith 446
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ .
This narration from Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) is also reported through Hakam.
