قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {إِلا مَنِ اغْتَرَفَ غُرْفَةً بِيَدِهِ}
His saying, Exalted is He: {Except for one who scoops [water] with his hand.}

Hadith 423
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الذِّمَارِيِّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ يَقْرَأُ: { إِلا مَنِ اغْتَرَفَ غُرْفَةً } .
Yahya bin Isa al-Dhamari, may Allah have mercy on him, said: I heard from the person who heard Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan, may Allah be pleased with him, reciting this verse: «إِلَّا مَنِ اغْتَرَفَ غُرْفَةً».
