قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ فَلا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ وَمَنْ تَأَخَّرَ فَلا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ لِمَنِ اتَّقَى}
His saying, Exalted is He: {And whoever hastens [his departure] in two days—there is no sin upon him; and whoever delays—there is no sin upon him—for him who fears Allah.}

Hadith 356
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: نَا عَوْفٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: { فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ فَلا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ } فِي تَعْجِيلِهِ فِي الْيَوْمِ الثَّانِي، وَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ فِي تَأْخِيرِهِ إِلَى الْيَوْمِ الثَّالِثِ
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The meaning of ﴿فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ فَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ﴾ is that if someone returns on the second day, there is no sin upon him, and if he stays until the third day, there is also no sin upon him.
Hadith 357
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: لَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ فِي التَّعْجِيلِ، وَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ فِي التَّأْخِيرِ .
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If someone hastens and returns the next day, there is no sin upon him, and if he delays and stays until the third day, there is also no sin upon him.
Hadith 358
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مُجَاهِدًا يَقُولُ: { فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ فَلا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ وَمَنْ تَأَخَّرَ فَلا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ } قَالَ: كُلُّهُمْ مَغْفُورٌ لَهُ .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding: “So whoever hastens [his departure] in two days - there is no sin upon him; and whoever delays - there is no sin upon him” __QUR_N__: All of them are forgiven.
Hadith 359
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ: عَلِمَ اللهُ أَنَّهُ بَلَدُ عَرَضٍ، فَرَخَّصَ لِعِبَادِهِ مَنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَنْفِرَ فِي النَّفْرِ الْأَوَّلِ، وَمَنْ شَاءَ فِي النَّفْرِ الْآخِرِ .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, knew that this is a crowded place, so He gave His servants a concession; whoever wishes may depart on the first day, and whoever wishes may depart later.
Hadith 360
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ، عَنِ الْمَعْرُورِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: مَنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَنْفِرَ فِي النَّفْرِ الْأَوَّلِ، فَلْيَنْفِرْ، إِلَّا بَنِي خُزَيْمَةَ .
Ma'roor bin Suwaid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Whoever wishes may depart on the first day, except for Banu Khuzaymah.
