Sunan Sa'id

قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لِي وَلا تَكْفُرُونِ}
His saying, Exalted is He: {So remember Me; I will remember you. And be grateful to Me and do not deny Me.}

Hadith 229
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ فُضَيْلًا يَقُولُ فِي قَوْلِهِ: { فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ } قَالَ: اذْكُرُونِي بِطَاعَتِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ بِمَغْفِرَتِي .
Fudayl (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding Allah's statement: "So remember Me; I will remember you" (__QUR_N__): Remember Me with your obedience, I will remember you with My forgiveness.
Hadith 230
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي هَانِئٍ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ أَطَاعَ اللهَ فَقَدْ ذَكَرَ اللهَ، وَإِنْ قَلَّتْ صَلَاتُهُ وَصِيَامُهُ وَتِلَاوَتُهُ لِلْقُرْآنِ، وَمَنْ عَصَى اللهَ فَقَدْ نَسِيَ اللهَ، وَإِنْ كَثُرَتْ صَلَاتُهُ وَصِيَامُهُ وَتِلَاوَتُهُ الْقُرْآنَ .
It is narrated from Khalid bin Abu Imran (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever obeys Allah has remembered Allah, even if his prayer, fasting, and recitation of the Qur'an are few; and whoever disobeys Allah has forgotten Allah, even if his prayer, fasting, and recitation of the Qur'an are many.
