قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {الَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَتْلُونَهُ حَقَّ تِلاوَتِهِ أُولَئِكَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ}
His saying, the Exalted: "Those to whom We have given the Book recite it with its true recital. They [are the ones who] believe in it..."

Hadith 211
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا عَتَّابُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، فِي قَوْلِهِ: { يَتْلُونَهُ حَقَّ تِلاوَتِهِ } قَالَ: يَعْمَلُونَ بِهِ حَقَّ عَمَلِهِ، { أُولَئِكَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ } .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said about the verse ﴿يَتْلُونَهُ حَقَّ تِلَاوَتِهِ﴾: Its meaning is that they act upon it correctly, ﴿أُولَٰئِكَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ﴾ meaning these are the people who believe in it.
