الْآيَاتُ (119 - 121) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {وَمَا لَكُمْ أَلا تَأْكُلُوا مِمَّا ذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ وَقَدْ فَصَّلَ لَكُمْ مَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِلا مَا اضْطُرِرْتُمْ إِلَيْهِ}، إِلَى قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَلا تَأْكُلُوا مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَفِسْقٌ}Verses (119 - 121) His saying, Exalted is He: {And why should you not eat of that over which the name of Allah has been mentioned, while He has explained in detail to you what He has forbidden you, excepting that to which you are compelled} to His saying: {And do not eat of that upon which the name of Allah has not been mentioned, for indeed, it is grave disobedience}
Hadith 911

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي دَاوُدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ مَرَّ بِالْجَزَّارِينَ فَقَالَ: مَنْ يَذْبَحُ لَكُمْ ؟ فَقَالُوا: هَذَا، فَقَالَ: أَنْتَ تَذْبَحُ لِهَؤُلَاءِ ؟ فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ، فَقَالَ: أَخْبِرْنِي عَنْ صَلَاةِ كَذَا وَكَذَا - فَلَمْ يَدْرِ، فَضَرَبَهُ وَأَخْرَجَهُ مِنَ السُّوقِ، وَضَرَبَ الْجَزَّارِينَ وَقَالَ: يَذْبَحُ لَكُمْ مِثْلُ هَذَا وَاللهُ يَقُولُ: { وَلا تَأْكُلُوا مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ } . !
Qasim bin Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) passed by some butchers and said: "Who slaughters for you?" They said: "This person." Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: "Do you slaughter for them?" He said: "Yes." Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Tell me about such-and-such prayer." He could not answer, so Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) struck him and expelled him from the market, and he also struck the butchers and said: "Will such a person slaughter for you? Even though Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, says: __QUR_N__ 'And do not eat of that upon which the name of Allah has not been mentioned.' __QUR_N__"
