قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {إِذْ قَالَ الْحَوَارِيُّونَ يَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ هَلْ يَسْتَطِيعُ رَبُّكَ أَنْ يُنَـزِّلَ عَلَيْنَا مَائِدَةً مِنَ السَّمَاءِ قَالَ اتَّقُوا اللهَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ}His (Allah's) saying: {When the disciples said: O Jesus, son of Mary! Can your Lord send down to us a table from the heaven?...}
Hadith 869

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ: { هَلْ تَسْتَطِيعُ } .
Abu Abdur Rahman, may Allah have mercy on him, used to recite this verse as: "Hal tastatee'u" meaning, "Do you have the ability?"
