قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَقْتُلُوا الصَّيْدَ وَأَنْتُمْ حُرُمٌ وَمَنْ قَتَلَهُ مِنْكُمْ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاءٌ مِثْلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ النَّعَمِ} .His (Allah's) saying: {O you who believe! Do not kill game while you are in the state of Ihram. And whoever among you kills it intentionally, the penalty is an equivalent from livestock...}
Hadith 830

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: نَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: { وَمَنْ قَتَلَهُ مِنْكُمْ مُتَعَمِّدًا } قَالَ: مَنْ قَتَلَ صَيْدًا، ثُمَّ عَادَ، أُعِيدَ عَلَيْهِ الْجَزَاءُ .
Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the statement of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic: “And whoever among you kills it intentionally” (__QUR_N__): Whoever kills game while in the state of ihram, and then does so again, then the penalty, that is, the expiation, will again become obligatory upon him.
