قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَقْتُلُوا الصَّيْدَ وَأَنْتُمْ حُرُمٌ وَمَنْ قَتَلَهُ مِنْكُمْ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاءٌ مِثْلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ النَّعَمِ} .His (Allah's) saying: {O you who believe! Do not kill game while you are in the state of Ihram. And whoever among you kills it intentionally, the penalty is an equivalent from livestock...}
Hadith 829

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: { وَمَنْ قَتَلَهُ مِنْكُمْ مُتَعَمِّدًا } قَالَ: لَا أَرَى فِي الْخَطَأِ شَيْئًا .
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the statement of Allah the Exalted: “And whoever among you kills it intentionally” (__QUR_N__): In my opinion, there is no expiation for killing by mistake, that is, unintentionally.
