قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَكَفَّارَتُهُ إِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسَاكِينَ مِنْ أَوْسَطِ مَا تُطْعِمُونَ أَهْلِيكُمْ أَوْ كِسْوَتُهُمْ أَوْ تَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ ذَلِكَ كَفَّارَةُ أَيْمَانِكُمْ إِذَا حَلَفْتُمْ وَاحْفَظُوا أَيْمَانَكُمْ} .His (Allah's) saying: {But its expiation is the feeding of ten needy people from the average of that which you feed your [own] families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find [or afford it]—then a fast of three days [is required]. That is the expiation for oaths when you have sworn. But guard your oaths}
Hadith 806
اُردوEn
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، قَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ فَرَّقَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ مُجَاهِدٌ: فِي قِرَاءَةِ عَبْدِ اللهِ (مُتَتَابِعَةٌ) قَالَ: فَهِيَ مُتَتَابِعَةٌ .
Tawoos (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If he wishes, he can fast them separately. Mujaahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: In the recitation of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas’ood (may Allah be pleased with him) there is «مُتَتَابِعَةٌ», so he said: Then they will be consecutive.
