قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَكَفَّارَتُهُ إِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسَاكِينَ مِنْ أَوْسَطِ مَا تُطْعِمُونَ أَهْلِيكُمْ أَوْ كِسْوَتُهُمْ أَوْ تَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ ذَلِكَ كَفَّارَةُ أَيْمَانِكُمْ إِذَا حَلَفْتُمْ وَاحْفَظُوا أَيْمَانَكُمْ} .His (Allah's) saying: {But its expiation is the feeding of ten needy people from the average of that which you feed your [own] families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find [or afford it]—then a fast of three days [is required]. That is the expiation for oaths when you have sworn. But guard your oaths}
Hadith 805
اُردوEn
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي حَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً عَنِ الصِّيَامِ فِي كَفَّارَةِ الْيَمِينِ، قَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ فَرَّقَ، قُلْتُ: فَإِنَّهَا فِي قِرَاءَةِ عَبْدِ اللهِ (مُتَتَابِعَةٌ) قَالَ: إِذًا نَنْقَادَ لِكِتَابِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ .
Hajjaj (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I asked Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) about the fasting for the expiation of an oath, and he said: If he wishes, he may separate them. I said: But in the recitation of Abdullah, that is, Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), it is «مُتَتَابِعَةٌ» meaning consecutively. So he said: Then we will submit before the Book of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.
