قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَكَفَّارَتُهُ إِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسَاكِينَ مِنْ أَوْسَطِ مَا تُطْعِمُونَ أَهْلِيكُمْ أَوْ كِسْوَتُهُمْ أَوْ تَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ ذَلِكَ كَفَّارَةُ أَيْمَانِكُمْ إِذَا حَلَفْتُمْ وَاحْفَظُوا أَيْمَانَكُمْ} .His (Allah's) saying: {But its expiation is the feeding of ten needy people from the average of that which you feed your [own] families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find [or afford it]—then a fast of three days [is required]. That is the expiation for oaths when you have sworn. But guard your oaths}
Hadith 795
اُردوEn
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَأَةَ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ الْحَارِثِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي كَفَّارَةِ الْيَمِينِ: يُغَدِّيهِمْ، وَيُعَشِّيهِمْ خُبْزًا وَلَحْمًا، خُبْزًا وَزَيْتًا، خُبْزًا وَسَمْنًا .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: In the expiation of an oath, ten needy people should be fed bread along with meat or oil or clarified butter, and that food should be given both during the day and at night.
