قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَكَفَّارَتُهُ إِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسَاكِينَ مِنْ أَوْسَطِ مَا تُطْعِمُونَ أَهْلِيكُمْ أَوْ كِسْوَتُهُمْ أَوْ تَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ ذَلِكَ كَفَّارَةُ أَيْمَانِكُمْ إِذَا حَلَفْتُمْ وَاحْفَظُوا أَيْمَانَكُمْ} .His (Allah's) saying: {But its expiation is the feeding of ten needy people from the average of that which you feed your [own] families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find [or afford it]—then a fast of three days [is required]. That is the expiation for oaths when you have sworn. But guard your oaths}
Hadith 794
اُردوEn
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي كَفَّارَةِ الْيَمِينِ، قَالَ: مَكُّوكًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ، وَمَكُّوكًا مِنْ بُرٍّ، وَإِنْ دَعَاهُمْ فَأَطْعَمَهُمْ خُبْزًا وَلَحْمًا، أَوْ خُبْزًا وَزَيْتًا، أَوْ خُبْزًا وَسَمْنًا، أَوْ خُبْزًا وَلَبَنًا، أَجْزَأَ ذَلِكَ عَنْهُ .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: In expiation, one mudd of dates and one mudd of wheat is sufficient, and if he feeds them bread along with meat or oil or clarified butter or milk, that is also sufficient.
