قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَكَفَّارَتُهُ إِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسَاكِينَ مِنْ أَوْسَطِ مَا تُطْعِمُونَ أَهْلِيكُمْ أَوْ كِسْوَتُهُمْ أَوْ تَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ ذَلِكَ كَفَّارَةُ أَيْمَانِكُمْ إِذَا حَلَفْتُمْ وَاحْفَظُوا أَيْمَانَكُمْ} .His (Allah's) saying: {But its expiation is the feeding of ten needy people from the average of that which you feed your [own] families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But whoever cannot find [or afford it]—then a fast of three days [is required]. That is the expiation for oaths when you have sworn. But guard your oaths}
Hadith 786
اُردوEn
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: نَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ يَسَارِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ لِي عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: إِذَا أَمَرْتُكَ أَنْ تُكَفِّرَ عَنِّي، فَأَعْطِ لِكُلِّ مِسْكِينٍ نِصْفَ صَاعٍ حِنْطَةً .
Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When I tell you to give expiation on my behalf, then give half a sa’ of wheat to each needy person.
