قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {لا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِي أَيْمَانِكُمْ وَلَكِنْ يُؤَاخِذُكُمْ بِمَا عَقَّدْتُمُ الأَيْمَانَ} .His (Allah's) saying: {Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is meaningless in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for [breaking] what you intended of oaths}
Hadith 779
اُردوEn
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: هُوَ قَوْلُ النَّاسِ: لَا وَاللهِ، وَبَلَى وَاللهِ، لَا يَعْتَقِدُ عَلَى الْيَمِينِ .
Aamir al-Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Idle oaths are the words of people such as «لَا وَاللَّهِ» and «بَلَىٰ وَاللَّهِ», in which there is no conviction of an oath in the heart.
